Mr. Anshu Singhania is a seasoned operations manager with over 20 years of international BPO experience. A longtime friend of Mr. Sahil Tuteja, he began his journey as an associate in 2009 and now leads operations at one of Kanpur’s largest BPO companies.
He oversees all areas of operations, HR, and sales, ensuring everything runs smoothly. His role covers planning, process, and team management, quality checks, resolving complaints, meeting service standards, and effective communication with clients and consumers. He also handles resource allocation, performance monitoring, and daily management.
