Mr. Sahil Tuteja, the founder of Aspiris Lead Flow Pvt. Ltd., began his working years in 2003–2004 as an employee for various companies, gaining first-hand experience in operations management and customer service. This experience provided him with a foundation of knowledge regarding organizational dynamics and insights into building a successful team.
From a desire to create something of his own, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2008. In 2009, he started Spark e Solutions as his first company with a small team and a big vision of creating opportunities, empowering people, and providing exceptional service.
In 2015, going through some positive growth and a parallel desire to unlock a more purposeful journey, the organization rebranded to become Aspiris Lead Flow Pvt. Ltd. Over that time, the organization has evolved into an organization of talented professionals with over 200 employees, serving clients in the UK, Canada, and looking toward additional global markets!
What makes Mr. Tuteja different than others is his people-first approach. He believes the strength of any organization is its people; as a result, he is a firm believer in ways to develop talent, inspire meaningful employment, and allow his employees to grow with the company as an important part of the community.
